I REALLY need to practice traditional colouring X.x;; I SUCK! T.T Why can't I be as good as ~yamato-ayanami ;__; Her clolouring skills ROCK!
Uh, yeah. Dave needed to run the virus checker through again (I let in another 3  ) So~ I decided to get my colouring pencils out and practice traditional colouring. Like I said I REALLY need more practice! Especially with lighting and shadingT.TOh, AND I HATE MY SCANNER!!! It screwed up the colour! (Which reminds me of another reason I prefer to colour on the computer ¬¬) I know, this is all sketchy. It's supposed to be. I only wanted to practice. I will eventually re-draw and re-colour this :3 Incase you can't read what the chibi's in the top left corner are saying; Horo: Oh SURE, use ME as your guinea pig! T.T Steph: Sush! Or I'll let Dee on ya! ¬¬ Horo: ...Shutting up ._.; XD Oh, and the thing in the bottom right. Don't ask XD;; I just HAD to put something there! Need help with traditional? Well...the one simple word of advice is:endless pratice, but also...
When you ever want to add shadows use PURPLE (but with skin I recommand brown)! Not black, because purple will create a more natural shade. Also, experiment with soft lead, then applying hard lead, cool effects that way as well ^^.
But overall, its quite good ^^.
